MASSAGE THERAPY
All of our practitioners offer skillful, compassionate, effective bodywork catered to the individual. Each session is as unique as you are. When received regularly, body therapies hold the potential to transform your life.
Massage techniques used include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Massage Cupping. We are also skilled in Pregnancy massage.
We do not offer couples massage.
SUBTLE THERAPIES
In addition to manual therapies, some of our therapists use energy techniques including Reiki, Jin Shin Do, and craniosacral therapy to help their clients achieve a deeper sense of wellness.
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a subtle manipulation of cranial fluid aimed at resetting the nervous system. CST is offered as a stand alone session with one of our therapists.
All of these modalities are highly effective and priceless tools for facilitating overall well-being.
SOUND THERAPY
Simply put, sound therapy uses vibration created by sound to balance a persons energy field. At minimum, this balancing will bring about deep relaxation which sets the body up for healing and recovery. Its greatest potential is to stimulate a lasting healing process on the physical, emotional, mental and even spiritual level.
Instruments and voice are used to comb your field to detect dissonance, then work to balance those areas. Instruments used include Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, drums, and shakers.
